Returns & Refunds
Homey Designs products have a 30% restocking fee if returned in original packaging. There is a 40% restocking fee for items returned not in their orignal packaging. If you do choose to make a return you will have this restocking fee deducted from your return amount. Please contact us prior to return as Homey Design has to have returns set up on their end with tracking into to have your return approved by them. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
If you sign for your items when delivered the items are then yours. Please inspect all products before signing for them.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. If approved, then your refund will be processed and be applied to your original method of payment.
Cancellations Before Shipping/Tracking number is provided
All cancelled ordered (prior to shipping) are subject to a 5% restocking fee. We can cancel an order up until it ships however we are unable to refund a 5% restocking fee (of order amount) due to handling expense of packaging/palletizing, fraud insurance fees, and credit card processing fees that Shopify does not refund.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet you may need to contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially processed and this varies between banking and credit card companies.
